What are the cons and flaws of Windows Phone?

I'm thinking about getting the samsung focus windows phone but I'm kinda iffy on how windows phone is still kinda recent so I could also decide to get the HTC inspire instead. What are the cons of the windows phone? Or if you can, maybe what are the cons of the android htc inspire as well? Sorry I can't afford the iphone so its out of the question :(|||Got a friend with Focus phone. Kinda slick but can't send videos with it. Unless there is a update for it. I would research it first. Know someone with Inspire and that's a nice phone. Had a Speck candyshell case on it and phone just came out. Think windows just have to catch up at this point.
