Can I somehow add Windows Phone 7 to my standard T-Mobile HTC HD cell phone?

Having just bought the HTC HD without the Windows 7 I am dismayed that T-Mobile is now offering "The Amazing Windows Phone" otherwise called the "HTC HD with Windows Phone 7". Can I somehow make my standard HTC HD "The Amazing Windows Phone?|||how good is the phone|||How did T-Mobile answer your question?
