When it comes time for a phone uprade, what should I get? New Iphone or Windows phone?

If I go windows phone, does it also have camcorder capabilities along with having all my music from itunes?|||I'd go Windows Phone. We LOVE ours. It does have video camera/camcorder capabilities.
