Why can't I get any pictures messages on my windows phone anymore?

So I have AT%26amp;T, the windows phone, and I went over my data plan minutes by 1.1. I now can't get pictures messages and I do not know why, my dad says it might have to do with the data limit, but we have unlimited messaging so I don't see why that should be it. He says he didn't turn it off. Why can't I get any pictures anymore? Please help. Thanks(:|||Hi.Sending and receiving pictures does use internet actually. You can try to re size the pictures, meaning crop them smaller. Then see if you can send it.
