How do i update my windows phone on a macbook?

My samsung focus (windows phone) said that i should update it. How do i do it? Also i dont know if it matters, but i have a macbook|||You will need a Windows installation Disk so that you can run Bootcamp, it's in finder/apps/utilities folder on Snow Leopard, so that you can run Windows on the Mac,.. then purchase Parallels, and install it on the mac in order to update your phone. You will have to partition your macbooks hard-drive as well during this process.|||You need to be running Snow Leopard or a Windows install on Parallels/Bootcamp in order to update your phone.
