Can I buy apps for my windows phone 7?

I do not have a credit card, and I do not have the option of adding the money to my phone bill. I'm in Canada, and I dont think it gives me a paypal option. So, how can I download windows phone 7 paid apps?|||Go to a bank or credit union and get a prepaid credit card.
