Whats the difference between android an a windows phone?

Whats the main difference between android,iphone and windows phone. What is a windows phone|||android and window are two mobile operating system manufactured by different companies. window OS is from Microsoft and Android OS is manufactured by Google|||I'm most likely sure they both run Windows, but I have an iPhone, im not sure.
