There are HTC Phones that are not touch screen but has the Windows Phone 7 built-in. Any suggestions on the right phone or phones for Gamers?|||All Windows Phone 7 devices have touch screens -- including the HTC WP7 devices (Surround, HD7, Mozart, Trophy and Pro.) Minimum hardware specifications by Microsoft require multi-touch screens.
All Windows Phone 7 devices will play the same applications - including games. Since most are close in hardware specifications, you won't find much difference in terms of performance. Some have slightly bigger screens, the HTC surround has slide-out speakers, etc.
Finally, you do realize that there is no XBox app? It can't play XBox games. It only plays those games designed specifically for it. While fun, they aren't Halo or NHL 2010. Interface is the touch screen, so we aren't talking any game requiring serious input control. WP7 does support XBox Live, which means it will upload acheivements to your XBox Live account. That's about the only "XBox" like thing about it.|||All windows phone 7 phones REQUIRE touch screens and all do have touch screens. when you say some HTC phones dont have touch screens your talking about older Windows mobile versions like 6.5 and sub. all the Windows PHONE 7 phones have the same compatability with X Live. but the older phones do not have access at all. And its also not an XBOX app, it just allows you to basically review your achievements
