why isnt windows phone 7 so popular?|||If windows is even in the game in 2012 will be a very big IF. Microsoft and Nokia have to merge two systems, plus build a joint company before manufacturing begins. Revenues are down for Microsoft at the worst possible time. Nokia threw away everything they had going.
Instead, it seems Microsoft has charted a course to sue everyone. That is a compelling strategy in doing that within North America and maybe Europe but to realize tangible results will take 5+ years.
It was a big mistake to launch this project as a Windows7 phone.|||People just dont like Microsoft. Also iPhones and Andriod phones have gotten so big that people just sort of ignore Windows phones. They're actually pretty good, apart from the obvious fact that they have many less apps than iPhones/Android.|||Because it's Windows. Windows itself has a bad reputation, putting off customers from buying them. Apple and various Android phones look much more attractive to the buying customer, so they are more popular.
