Is there a way to download android or apple apps onto a windows phone?

I bought a windows phone, but i now notice that the market is really small.. i want to get apps like angry birds, doodlejump, words with friedns, etc, but cant.. is there any possible way that i cant download apps from a different market?|||No. Not only are the apps on a different market, they are designed or a different platform.
