Is there any point of getting a Windows Phone if you have an iPod touch 4g?

Hi, i want to get a windows 7 phone (lg quantum) but I already have an ipod touch 4g and i dont want it to sit around. Is there still any point of getting the quantum?|||its like you asking can i get a iphone 4 if i already got a ipod4th gen .SO ipod is basically a phone but its totally free so if you want a Phone bill then yea you can get it ...|||A phone lets you make calls and if you get a windows phone, you will love its Metro style design and amazing UI. iPod Touch 4G comes with a pretty crap camera (0.7 MP) while windows phones come with a minimum of 5 MP.
